What gets on this board
Every company with a published review here that sells a product naming semaglutide, compounded or branded, in any formulation. Each appears once, on whichever of its semaglutide products costs least over a year.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the cheapest compounded semaglutide board?
Two ways, both stated on the page. It sorts on a year rather than one cycle, so a four-weekly biller is charged thirteen times here and its position moves. And it includes branded Wegovy alongside compounded preparations, because the question is what a year of semaglutide costs by any route, whereas the cheapest board deliberately keeps the approved product out of a compounded price column. If you only want the lowest number for next month, that board is the one to read.
Why is branded Wegovy on this board when it is barred from the cheapest one?
Because the two boards make different promises. A cheapest-compounded board that mixed in an approved product would flatter every compounded row for the wrong reason — that is why the exclusion exists there, and it stays. This board is not a compounded price column; it is the annual cost of getting semaglutide, and a reader deciding between a compounded preparation and Wegovy is better served seeing both numbers than being shown one and told the other exists.
Why does one company appear once when it sells three semaglutides?
Because several sell a lozenge, an injection and a plan, and listing every one would let a single company occupy half the board. Each is entered on whichever of its own semaglutide products is cheapest over a year; the rest are on its review with the same two price columns.
