Trellis Vitality Review: One Program Publishes a Price Ladder, and Four Publish a Floor

For the GLP-1 program, one charge a month and the number on the page is all of it. Compounded semaglutide is $150 for a one-month plan, $140 a month on three months, $133 a month on six. Compounded tirzepatide is $199, $189, $179 on the same three plan lengths. There is no membership fee, no consultation fee and no shipping charge — the terms page says "there is no membership requirement; plans differ only by duration." Every dose is the same price. Twelve months of compounded semaglutide is $1,800 at the one-month rate or $1,596 if you hold a six-month plan all year. Tirzepatide is $2,388 or $2,148 on the same comparison. The gap between the two columns is $204 a year on semaglutide and $240 on tirzepatide — real, but small enough that committing to six months to capture it is a decision about the commitment rather than the money.

Because Trellis does not publish enough to price it. The NAD+ page says "[t]reatment plans starting at $129 per month" and stops. Trellis's own convention, stated on the GLP-1 table as "[p]er-month price; longer plans cost less per month" and again in the NAD+ FAQ as "[l]onger plans simply lower your per-month cost," means $129 is the six-month rate. The one-month rate is higher, and it is not printed anywhere on the site. The same is true of glutathione at $93, Lipo-MIC + B12 at $130 and tesamorelin at $299. This site does not invent the missing number or quietly reuse the cheap one in its place.

No membership, and none of the usual second lines. Trellis states it on three separate pages — the terms ("there is no membership requirement"), the FAQ ("no membership fee and no long-term contract") and the product pages ("without the membership, or the markup"). The clinical assessment is free, shipping is free, and the Vitality Lab Kit is described as part of the program rather than something ordered separately. That last one is the soft spot: no price is published for the lab kit, so it is described as included rather than confirmed as free.

Probably, but the site says two different things. A banner on every page reads "US board certified clinicians, all 50 states," and the NAD+ FAQ repeats that services are available in all 50 through affiliated providers. The GLP-1 program page says the opposite about itself: the program "is not offered in every state — including certain states where we currently suppress it (Connecticut, Ohio, and South Carolina at minimum)." "At minimum" is Trellis's own wording, so the real list may be longer than three. If you are in one of those states, expect the assessment to be where you find out.

You can cancel; whether anything comes back is decided case by case. The terms say plans "differ only by duration and you may pause or cancel anytime," which is a genuinely light commitment by this category's standards. On money already paid the same page says only that "[r]efund eligibility is determined on a per-order basis — contact customer support for assistance." There is no stated refund window and no stated grounds, which matters most if you prepay a six-month plan to capture the lower rate.

No letter turned up. Screening the 113-letter telehealth warning-letter roster on August 7, 2026 for Trellis Vitality, for its medical group Arora Health & Aesthetics and for its pharmacy Vials Rx returned no match on any of the three. That is the absence of a letter in that roster, which is not the same thing as a clean inspection record — pharmacy inspection findings are not published the way warning letters are, and Trellis says it was founded in 2026, so there is very little regulatory history of any kind to look at yet.
