What Ozempic Costs Without Insurance

Ozempic and Wegovy are the same molecule at different approved indications, and they are not priced the same. Here is what we have verified for Ozempic cash-pay.

What it costs across the market

Every Ozempic price we have read from a company's own page or checkout. Compounded semaglutide is a different product and is counted on its own page.

A year, cheapest to dearest

At each company's own billing cycle, no commitment.

$12,624

What actually moves the number

  • The indication it is approved for, which is why it is priced separately from Wegovy despite being semaglutide in both cases.
  • The manufacturer's direct cash channel.
  • Dose strength.
  • Whether a pharmacy is dispensing on a cash-pay basis or through a benefit, which are different prices for the same box.

How these figures were established

Every number on this page is read from the price rows on our own provider reviews, each of which was verified against that company’s own page or checkout on the date the review records. Nothing here is retyped, so this page cannot disagree with the reviews underneath it. The annual figures multiply each company’s per-cycle charge by the number of times it actually bills in a year — thirteen on a four-week cycle, not twelve. Read the methodology for what we deliberately do not compute.
