Bayan Health is one of the cheapest GLP-1 sellers we have priced, and it does the hard part properly: $129 a month for compounded semaglutide, flat at every dose, no membership, free shipping, and the figure sitting on the product page before you answer anything. Then read clause fifteen. Medication ships three months at a time, and "your payment obligation covers the entire treatment protocol dispensed to you, regardless of the timing of monthly installment charges". The monthly price is real. The monthly decision is not.

The money verdict
I would buy here if I had already decided to stay three months, and nowhere near it if I had not. On price Bayan is genuinely at the cheap end — $129 for semaglutide and $99 for the microdose, flat at every dose, with the consultation and shipping inside the figure and no membership underneath. Every one of those claims is on the product page before you hand over anything. The catch is not in the price at all; it is clause fifteen, which says your payment obligation covers the whole protocol shipped to you. Add a 15-day cancellation window, an "all sales are final" refund policy and a fee that can retain everything you paid, and a cheap monthly figure turns into a quarterly commitment.

- Canceling needs 15 days' notice before the next cycle, and its FAQ meanwhile says you can cancel at any time.
- "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" heads its refund policy, and stopping a 60- or 90-day protocol early earns no prorated refund for the unused part.
- Cancel after a provider has started reviewing and Bayan "may retain up to 100%" of the consultation, administrative, provider-review and platform fees.
- No pharmacy is named, and the compounding class is stated three different ways — 503A/503B in the footer, 503A on the homepage, unspecified elsewhere.
- "We are available nationwide" sits against terms saying services are only available where its providers are licensed, with no list either way.

Its footer refers to "licensed 503A/503B U.S. pharmacies", its homepage to "U.S. 503A pharmacy partners" and other pages to "a network of vetted pharmacy partners" — three descriptions that do not agree, none of which names a company. A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient and a 503B facility manufactures in batches under different rules.
