Measured Review: $119 a Month Means $1,428 Up Front

One charge, and which charge depends on how far ahead you pay. Compounded semaglutide is $199 for a single month, $417 for three ($139/mo), $774 for six ($129/mo) or $1,428 for twelve ($119/mo). Compounded tirzepatide is $299, $717, $1,374 or $2,628 on the same rungs, working out at $299, $239, $229 and $219 a month. Every one of those includes the care membership — Measured's help centre says the cash-pay programmes are "inclusive of membership costs". Because $119 is a twelve-month plan divided by twelve, and Measured leaves the arithmetic on the page for anyone who checks. The semaglutide page shows "From $119/mo", a struck-through "$199", and a badge reading "Save $960!". The catalogue behind the quiz confirms all three: the one-month SKU is $199 at no discount, and the twelve-month SKU lists at $2,388 and sells at $1,428. $2,388 minus $1,428 is $960. So the discount is genuine — it is simply not a monthly price, and it costs $1,428 on the day you sign up.

Month to month, semaglutide is $2,388 and tirzepatide is $3,588. Prepaid for the year they are $1,428 and $2,628 — savings of $960 on either. The middle rungs land where you would expect: six months of semaglutide at $774 twice is $1,548, three months at $417 four times is $1,668. The saving is real money and, unusually in this category, the badge is honest about its size. What it buys with it is a year of commitment paid before your first injection.

Only if you are in one of twenty-six. Measured's own quiz answers this directly: "Measured is proud to serve patients in the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin." Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming are not on that list, and neither is Washington, D.C. Check this before you compare anything else.

It is the care membership, not the drug. Beside Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and the Wegovy pill, Measured prints "From $49/mo" and, in the same block, "Medication paid separately" — and for Ozempic and Mounjaro, "Insurance required". The catalogue shows that membership at $99 with a first-month promotion code taking it to $49, so it is both a medication-only figure and an introductory one. If your insurance covers the branded drug, $99 a month for prior-authorisation support and clinician access may be excellent value. It is not a price for a GLP-1.

No. Measured's plan card states "One flat price for every dose & no hidden fees", and the catalogue backs it — there is one SKU per compound per duration, with no dose variants anywhere in it. That matters more than it sounds: a provider that re-prices at 7.5 mg or 10 mg can turn an attractive starting quote into something quite different by month five, and this one cannot.

Read what it refunds. Measured's own wording: "If you don't lose 5% of your body weight in 6 months, we will refund your membership fees." On a compounded plan the membership is bundled into a single price and not itemised anywhere a patient can see, so what proportion of $774 or $1,374 comes back is not something you can work out in advance. It is a real commitment and it is more than most competitors offer; it is not a refund of what you paid.

Two things, on February 20, 2026, addressed to Better Health Labs, Inc. — the company named in Measured's own site footer. FDA said the vials pictured on trymeasured.com carried the Measured name and so represented Measured as the compounder, which it is not. And it quoted same-ingredient marketing copy, concluding that the claims "imply that your products have been FDA-approved or otherwise evaluated for safety and effectiveness when they have not." That wording is broader than the agency used in 2025, and it is the useful one: the question is not only whether a site claims its compound is the same as Wegovy, but whether anything on it leaves you assuming a regulator checked. Nothing in the letter alleges a problem with the medication itself.
