AHBARx does something unusual for this market: it prints the whole price ladder as totals rather than dressing a prepay block up as a monthly rate. One month of compounded semaglutide is $249 and one month of tirzepatide is $349, with the provider consultation and shipping inside the figure. The theater is at checkout, where a struck-through $324 turns out to be $249 plus the two fees the same screen marks "Included". And its terms are still a half-filled template, down to "[list of Pharmacies]".

The money verdict
I would buy the single month here and skip the blocks. $249 is mid-market rather than cheap, but it is genuinely all-in — the consultation and the shipping are inside it, there is no membership underneath, and AHBARx does not advertise a prepay rate as though it were the monthly one, which puts it ahead of most companies we track on honesty. What holds me back is everything around the price. Its own terms still say "[list of Pharmacies]", the checkout invents a struck-through total out of fees it says are free, and the one pharmacy it does name elsewhere holds an FDA warning letter it never mentions.

Does AHBARx hold an FDA warning letter?
No, but a company it names as a partner does. AnazaoHealth Corporation, which AHBARx lists alongside Beluga Health and Qualiphy, received a warning letter in August 2021 headed "Compounding Pharmacy/Adulterated Drug Products". A warning letter is a public regulatory communication rather than a finding of illegal activity, and it is against that pharmacy, not against AHBARx.
Why is $324 crossed out at checkout?
Because the page adds two fees it does not charge and then removes them. The $324 is $249 plus a $50 provider consultation and $25 shipping, both of which the same screen lists as "Included" under a banner reading "Free online visit & shipping applied!". No customer pays $324, so the saving is against a price that does not exist.
Will the price go up as my dose increases?
AHBARx does not say, and that is the honest answer. Several companies we track promise a flat rate at every dose in writing; AHBARx makes no such promise and publishes no dose ladder, saying instead that each refill is reviewed at a follow-up consultation. Treat the figures here as the published starting rate.
Which pharmacy compounds it?
The terms were supposed to say and never got filled in — the section reads "the following pharmacies: [list of Pharmacies]". Elsewhere the site names AnazaoHealth among its partners and says medications are "sourced through U.S.-based, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies", without stating a compounding class or connecting a pharmacy to a product.
How do I cancel?
From "My Subscriptions" in your account, at least two days before the renewal date. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current period and AHBARx does not refund a partly used one. Once a package has been handed to the carrier the sale is final; the only other refund route is not being approved, or canceling an initial order within 48 hours.
