The gap, measured

228 of 341 rows advertise less than you pay.

Every price row on this site carries two numbers: the rate a company advertises, and the rate you are on once any introductory block ends. Where those differ, the difference is printed — here and on every board.

The other 113 rows advertise exactly what you pay. That is the number worth knowing before you read the table.

Both numbers for every row, company by company, are on the price transparency index, with the billing cycle each one is charged on.

Per month. A gap is not a finding against a company — it is the shape of the offer, and it is legal. It is only a problem when it is the number you budgeted on. Every row links to the review it came from, with the source and the date it was read.

Rows billed every four weeks

Thirteen bills a year, not twelve. The annual total is a whole extra payment above the monthly figure.

Disclosed on the review and on the board. A letter discloses; on its own it never removes a company from a price list.

Four lines and what they cost you

Every one of these is true. None of them is the price.

You have read all four of these before. They are accurate, they are legal, and each one leaves out the single fact that changes the total — the same four patterns behind every row in the table above.

“Your first three months”
Find out what a single month costs with no prepay commitment attached. An advertised rate is very often a prepay block, and the price after it ends is the one you actually live on.
“Billed every 4 weeks”
Count bills, not months. A four-week cycle lands thirteen times a year, not twelve — the true annual total is a whole extra payment higher than the number in your head.
“Cancel anytime”
Anytime after the block you already paid for. Ask whether stopping part-way through refunds the unused months — usually it does not.
“Starting at…”
That figure prices the lowest dose. Price the dose you expect to actually be taking by month three, and compare providers on that number instead.

The boards

One compound, cheapest first.

Nothing on this board is pinned, sponsored, or lifted into position — every row is sorted by what a year actually costs, cheapest first: the walk-away price of one cycle, multiplied by the number of times a year it is really billed.

What compounded tirzepatide costs once the prepay rate ends, at the walk-away price, cheapest first.

Who checks the prices

Marla Whitfield

Pricing Editor

Last checked ourselves: September 2026, across 341 price rows.

Marla tracks what GLP-1 and peptide treatment actually costs — cash, insured, and compounded — and checks every published price against the provider's own checkout before it runs on Doseworth.

Every figure comes from the provider’s own checkout, carries the date it was read, and links to the page it came from — so you can check it, and so we can tell when it has gone stale. A price with no date is not a price.

What we will and will not publish is set out in the editorial policy, and how Doseworth is paid is on the disclosure page.
