BreezeMeds Review: Four Named Pharmacies, No Terms of Service
BreezeMeds does the thing almost nobody in this category does: it names all four pharmacies that fill its prescriptions, with phone numbers, on its own homepage. It also publishes no terms of service, no billing cycle, no cancellation policy and no refund policy — the entire public site is two pages, and /terms returns a 404. Its funnel asks eleven clinical questions and then demands a date of birth before showing any price. Two of its seven product cards disagree with its own commerce layer about what they cost, one of them by $100. What you can verify is $199 a month for the semaglutide injection and $169 for NAD+; what a year costs, whether it renews, and how you would stop it are not published anywhere.

What does BreezeMeds cost?
$199 a month for the compounded semaglutide injection and $169 for NAD+ — the only two figures the site actually renders, and both are corroborated by its own commerce layer. Everything else is either a card that disagrees with the code behind it or a price that never appears until after you have handed over a date of birth. Note that $199 is labelled "Starting at", and BreezeMeds' own data carries a $249 struck-through price and a three-month bundle that works out at $249.33 a month — more than the monthly rate. That is what an introductory price usually looks like, but no page on the site says so.
Does it renew, and how would I cancel?
BreezeMeds does not say. There is no terms of service on the site, and the words "subscription", "recurring", "cancel", "refund" and "auto-renew" appear nowhere on either of its two pages — while the product cards still carry a "/mo" label. This is the single largest gap in what BreezeMeds publishes: a monthly price with no stated billing period, no renewal terms and no cancellation route.
Which pharmacy fills the prescription?
One of four, and BreezeMeds names all of them on its homepage with phone numbers: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. It does not say which product goes to which pharmacy. Naming them at all puts BreezeMeds ahead of most of this roster, and it means the history is checkable — Belmar received an FDA warning letter in March 2023 about compounding quality, which the FDA closed out in October 2023.
Is there a consultation fee?
Only in one specific case, and BreezeMeds states it up front: "$80 consultation fee will apply only if your prescription is approved and you choose not to proceed with treatment." If you go ahead with the prescription, the consultation is free. Choosing a phone or video consultation instead of the default email-and-text path carries the same conditional $80.
