Luvo Health leads with "starting at $45 per week, billed annually", and that is exactly what it is: $2,327 charged at once for 52 weeks of compounded semaglutide. Its shortest commitment is four weeks at $249, which is $62 a week rather than $45, and four-week billing means thirteen charges in a year rather than twelve. To Luvo's credit, none of this has to be dug out — its pricing page publishes every term and every product with both the total and the per-week rate beside it, which is more than most of this roster manages.

Why is the tablet more expensive than the injection?

Should I buy Ozempic through Luvo?
Probably not at that price. Luvo lists Ozempic at $1,299 per four weeks, which is about $16,887 across a year of thirteen charges. Novo Nordisk sells the same product directly to self-paying patients for a fraction of that, and a prescription written by any telehealth clinician can be filled there. One accuracy note Luvo gets right: it lists Ozempic separately from its compounded line rather than blending the two, so nothing here implies the compounded product is the brand.
