What Compounded Semaglutide Costs

• Whether you prepay. Almost every headline figure in this market is a prepay rate divided by the number of months, and the no-commitment price is routinely 40-100% higher.
• The billing cycle. A price quoted as "/mo" on a four-week cycle is billed thirteen times a year, not twelve — and cycles of three weeks, ten weeks, twelve weeks and six months all exist in this market.
• Whether the dose changes the price. Some companies hold one price at every dose; others raise it as you titrate up, which is the commonest hidden escalation.
• The route. Oral and sublingual preparations are priced separately from injections and are not always cheaper.
