Auren Rx Review: Both Prices Printed, and a Billing Clause in the Small Print

Two prices per product, both printed. Compounded semaglutide is $169 a month on the subscribe plan or $199 with no commitment; tirzepatide is $259 or $299. A separate microdose track runs $129 or $149 for semaglutide and $229 or $250 for tirzepatide. NAD+ is $179 or $209 as an injection, $139 or $169 as a nasal spray, $125 or $155 as a cream. Sermorelin is $159 or $199. Glutathione is $99 or $119 injected, $89 or $109 nasal. GHK-Cu cream is $99 or $109. Tretinoin 0.05% and oral minoxidil are both $39 or $49. Because the menu shows the cheapest format and the page defaults to the main one. "NAD+ from $125/mo" in the navigation is the topical cream; the injection most people are looking for is $179 on the same plan, a $54 difference. "Glutathione from $89/mo" is the nasal spray, not the injection at $99. And "GLP-1 from $129/mo" is the microdose track — the standard protocol starts at $169 for semaglutide and $259 for tirzepatide. The word "from" is doing real work in all three cases, and it is doing the most work on the product people arrive for.

Every product page says "/mo" and labels the no-commitment plan "Monthly". The terms of use say the same thing and then qualify it: your fee "will be automatically charged to your payment card on file on a recurring, monthly basis (approximately every 28-30 days) until your Membership is canceled." Twelve calendar months and thirteen 28-day cycles are not the same bill. On a $199 semaglutide plan the gap is $199 a year. This review annualises on twelve, because "monthly" is what Auren Rx says everywhere else — but the sentence is in the terms, and it is worth asking support which interval applies to your plan before the first charge.

The product pages read as though it is — each shows one figure with "Compounded fresh by a US pharmacy" and "Free, discreet shipping" listed as inclusions. The terms of use describe the same charge as a "Membership Fee" and add two conditions: "If you choose to have your prescription filled at a local pharmacy, your Membership Fee will not include the cost of medication and pharmacy fulfillment," and if you transfer a prescription into the Auren network, "the cost of medication and pharmacy fulfillment will be added to your Membership Fee at the beginning of the next billing cycle." Read literally, that describes medication as a charge on top. Read as boilerplate, it describes an option most patients will not use. We cannot resolve it from the published documents, so we are reporting it rather than picking a reading.

Cancelling is easy and refunds are not. Memberships are month-to-month with "no long-term contracts or commitments," and you can cancel from the account or by email. What does not come back is what you already paid: "Once paid, your Membership Fee is non-refundable." The one protection worth knowing is at the front rather than the back — the initial online visit is free, and you are charged only after a physician has reviewed your history, decided treatment is appropriate and communicated a plan you then elect to accept.

Auren Rx names both, which is unusual enough to be the best thing on the site. The pharmacy is VialsRX, at 6220 Westpark Dr, Houston, TX 77057, with a published phone number and website. The clinical providers are Wasef Health, PC c/o Michael Wasef MD, at 5260 78th Ave N, PO Box 1697, Pinellas Park, FL 33780, with a contact address. Both appear in the home-page FAQ rather than buried in the terms. What is not published anywhere is testing: no sterility standard, no potency tolerance, no laboratory and no certificate of analysis for any lot.

It says all fifty, with a caveat about formulations. The FAQ reads: "Auren Rx currently serves patients in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and licensed pharmacy partners," and elsewhere adds that "certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions." So the service is nationwide and a specific format — a nasal spray, say, or a particular compounded combination — may not be. No list of which product is unavailable where is published, and there is no state checker on the site.
