DudeMeds review: $149 a month is on no plan card, and paying monthly costs 69% more
DudeMeds puts "Prices from: $149+ / month" at the top of its weight-loss page. Click through every plan it offers and none of them costs $149. The cheapest is $175 a month for semaglutide, which means committing to six months and $1,050. Decline to commit and the same drug is $295. Tirzepatide moves the same way, from $249 to $433. Those are the two widest prepay penalties on this site. One more thing worth knowing before you compare: every price DudeMeds publishes is drawn inside a picture, so none of it can be searched, copied, or checked by a price tracker.

The money verdict
Reasonable if you prepay and expensive in every other case, on a site where you cannot copy a single price. $175 a month for semaglutide is competitive, though it costs $1,050 to get and rises with your dose. The advertised $149 is on no plan card at all.
Worth it if
- You can pay three or six months at once and want the rate that buys
- You want the brand drug and would rather see it priced openly than hinted at
- You're already on TRT and want both from one place, where the prices are at least written down
Look elsewhere if
- You came for $149 a month, and no plan DudeMeds sells is that price
- You want to pay month to month: that's $295 for semaglutide or $433 for tirzepatide

Can I get a GLP-1 from DudeMeds for $149 a month?
Not on any plan card we could find. The cheapest is $175 a month for semaglutide on a six-month commitment totaling $1,050. We checked every route it offers — new patient, refill, injection, oral and brand — and $149 appears on none of them.
What if I don't want to commit?
There's a Pay Monthly card for both drugs: $295 a month for semaglutide, $433 for tirzepatide, billed every month with a check-in required. Both are flat across every dose, which is genuinely useful — but they're 69% and 74% above the advertised rates.
Does the price go up as my dose goes up?
On the prepaid refill plans, yes — semaglutide climbs from $199 at 1.0 mg to $279 at 2.0 mg. Tirzepatide does the same, $233 at 5 mg up to $399 at 10 mg. The pay-monthly rate is the exception, holding at any dose.
Is this the real Ozempic or a compounded copy?
Both are sold, and the prices tell you which is which. Ozempic and Wegovy are $1,585 a month and Mounjaro and Zepbound are $1,350, each as a three-month payment. Anything in the $175-to-$433 range is a compounded product, though the GLP-1 pages never use that word.
Why can't I find these prices by searching the site?
Because they aren't text. Every plan card is a picture with the number drawn into it, so a search engine, a screen reader and a price tracker all see an image and nothing else. It's the reason this review lists the figures out — they're only legible if you look at the cards one screen at a time.
Does DudeMeds do anything else?
Testosterone therapy is the larger half of the business, priced in plain text from $77 a month. Oral enclomiphene is $125, and a testosterone-plus-HCG plan is $222. There are hair, sexual-health, anti-aging and women's lines too.
