Vyvron Review: Every Price Says "/mo" and Every Charge Lands Every Four Weeks

It depends on the program, and on whether you read the unit. The weight-management program is $199 every four weeks as a founding member, reverting to $249. The longevity program is $189 reverting to $229. The microdose program is $149 reverting to $179. There is no membership fee, no consultation charge and no shipping charge, and the cancellation policy confirms the subscription includes medication where a provider prescribes it. Because it adds a thirteenth charge to the year that nobody budgets for. Vyvron's checkout lines are explicit — "$199 per 4 weeks, billed every 4 weeks" — but its programs page prints the same plans as "$199/mo", "$179/mo" and "$145/mo". A reader who does the obvious arithmetic on "/mo" will be wrong by one cycle. At the reverted rates that is $3,237 a year on the weight program rather than $2,988, $2,977 on longevity rather than $2,748, and $2,327 on microdose rather than $2,148. The correction is printed on the programs page, in the footnote, under the prices.

Thirteen cycles. At the founding rates: $2,587 for weight management, $2,457 for longevity, $1,937 for microdose. At the rates each page says it reverts to: $3,237, $2,977 and $2,327. Vyvron says the founding rate is locked for as long as you stay a member, so if you join now and never lapse, the lower row is the one you live in — the higher row is what the service costs once the founding round closes.

Yes, and this took some digging because Vyvron's marketing says something that sounds like the opposite. The pricing pages state that "[p]rices reflect the cost of the Vyvron program and provider evaluation, not any specific medication," which reads as though the drug were an extra line. The cancellation policy is unambiguous: "[t]he Subscription Service includes access to independent licensed providers, medication where clinically appropriate, and online support." The shipping policy adds that standard shipping is free. So the legal documents are clearer about the bill than the sales pages are, which is an unusual way round.

They are prepaid tirzepatide plans, and they do not appear on any page in Vyvron's sitemap. TRANSFORM is advertised as "$285/mo*" and is actually "$790 billed once for 12 weeks." PREMIUM is "$248/mo*" and is "$2,981 billed once for a full year of tirzepatide." Both are named in the current cancellation policy, so they are live plans rather than leftovers. To Vyvron's credit, the page they do render on carries the best sentence about prepay pricing anywhere on the site: "Monthly figures are the prepaid total divided over the plan's length and shown for comparison only. Prepaid plans are billed in full once at signup, not monthly." That disclosure is on the one page Vyvron does not publish.

You can cancel by email at any time with no fee, but the money is mostly gone. A full refund is available in only two situations: you cancel within the first 72 hours and have received no services, or a provider disqualifies you for a medical reason. Otherwise there is no refund for the cycle you cancel in or for any prior cycle. Cancellation also needs to reach Vyvron at least 72 hours before the next billing date — inside that window you are charged for the upcoming cycle. On the prepaid plans, months whose medication has already shipped are not refundable; months not yet shipped are.

For the evaluation, all 50 states plus Washington, D.C. For compounded GLP-1s, 49 states — Mississippi residents are excluded and Vyvron says they "may be eligible for branded options only," which is a different product at a different price. Eight places require a scheduled video visit rather than a questionnaire alone: Arkansas, Delaware, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island, West Virginia and Washington, D.C. Vyvron does not name the pharmacies that fill prescriptions in any state.

Not Vyvron, by its own account: "Vyvron is not a medical provider, pharmacy, or insurance plan," and its privacy policy states that "[t]elemedicine and clinical services are provided by OpenLoop Health, Inc., OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, and its affiliated medical groups." No pharmacy is named anywhere on the site. On the letter: screening the 113-letter telehealth warning-letter roster on August 7, 2026 for Vyvron and for OpenLoop returned no match for either. That is the absence of a letter in that roster, not a clean inspection record.
