Enhance.MD Review: The $212 Headline Is a 48-Week Prepay

$249 every four weeks for compounded semaglutide, $329 for compounded tirzepatide, and $379 for GLP-1 Elite, which is both molecules together. The $212, $280 and $322 the site leads with are the same plans bought as 48-week blocks — one payment of $2,544, $3,360 or $3,864 — presented as a monthly rate. Enhance.MD's own catalogue says so in the plan breakdown it shows inside the app: "$2,544 charged every 48 weeks. Equivalent to paying $212/mo." From subtracting a one-time coupon from a number that was never a monthly charge. $112 is $212 minus $100, and the $100 is SUMMER100, which Enhance.MD's own intake banner describes as "Applied to your first order only." The order it applies to is the single $2,544 payment for 48 weeks, so what you would actually be charged on day one is $2,444. The same construction produces "$180 first month" for tirzepatide and "$222 first month" for Elite. If you want a genuinely small first payment, the code that does that is SUMMER50, which takes $50 off the month-to-month plan and makes the first four weeks $199 before it reverts to $249.

Because Enhance.MD does not bill by the calendar. Its FAQ says the membership "will automatically renew every 28 days", and the plans are counted in weeks throughout — the "3 month plan" bills every 12 weeks, the "6 month plan" every 24, and the "12 month plan" every 48.
