Provider review
Bodybuilding Health+ review: the tirzepatide plan badged "Best Value" costs more than the one below it
Bodybuilding Health+ tells you more than almost anyone in this business. Two doctors named, four pharmacies named with their phone numbers, all fifty states claimed. Then there is its tirzepatide pricing. The twelve-month plan is badged "Best Value" at $187.33 a month. The six-month plan, one rung down, is $174.67. Buy the year and you pay $2,247.96; buy six months twice and you pay $2,096.04. Its semaglutide ladder descends properly, which is how you know the other one is a mistake rather than a policy.

The money verdict
Unusually open about who is behind it, and careless with one of its own prices. Bodybuilding Health+ names its two doctors and all four of its pharmacies, which is more than any other seller we have reviewed does, and it claims all fifty states. Its semaglutide pricing is a clean ladder from $179 down to $141.50. Its tirzepatide pricing is not: the plan it calls "Best Value" costs $187.33 a month against $174.67 for the shorter one. Buy the six-month plan twice instead and keep about $152.
Worth it if
- You want the doctor who writes your prescription named, which is rare
- You want to know which pharmacies might fill it, and to look them up
- You are buying semaglutide, where the longer you commit the less you pay
Look elsewhere if
- You were about to buy the twelve-month tirzepatide plan, which costs more per month than the six
- You want the medication made by a pharmacy with no regulatory history to read
- You want a published price for its peptide or longevity products, which it does not give

Pros and cons
Pros
- It names the two doctors leading its medical team, which almost no seller in this business does.
- It names all four pharmacies that might fill your prescription, with phone numbers and websites.
- It claims all fifty states, and says plainly that what is available can vary by state.
- Its semaglutide ladder is honest — every longer plan genuinely costs less per month.
- Each plan's advertised saving is arithmetically correct against the one-month price.
- It publishes its company name and a Boca Raton street address.
2 more
- It states that compounded medications have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA.
- No FDA warning letter against the company itself.
Cons
- Its "Best Value" tirzepatide plan costs $187.33 a month against $174.67 for the six-month one.
- Buying that year outright costs $2,247.96 against $2,096.04 for two six-month plans.
- One of its four named pharmacies received an FDA warning letter in 2023 about how it compounded drug products.
- The doctors, pharmacies and state coverage are all inside collapsed panels you have to click to open.
- Its peptide and longevity products are promoted with no published price.
- No compounding tier is stated — nothing says whether your medication is made to order or dispensed ready-made.

- The affiliate listing for this brand is titled Bodybuilding.com, and the site itself never mentions that company.

Key terms
Show definitions
- Walk-away price
- What one cycle costs at the ongoing rate with no commitment — what you actually pay if you stop after month one.
- Year at this price
- The walk-away price multiplied by however many times a year it's actually billed. It's the year at this dose only — several sellers charge more as you move up, and most don't publish the ladder.
- Compounded
- Made to order by a pharmacy from raw ingredients, rather than dispensed as an FDA-approved, mass-manufactured product.
Bottom line
On semaglutide, commit as long as you are comfortable with — the ladder rewards it, ending at $141.50 a month. On tirzepatide, buy six months rather than twelve, because the twelve-month plan is dearer per month despite the badge. And before you order, read up on the pharmacies: three are unremarkable and one received an FDA warning letter in 2023 over how it compounded its products.
Visit Bodybuilding Health+Frequently asked questions
Which tirzepatide plan should I buy?
The six-month one, on its own numbers. It works out at $174.67 a month against $187.33 on the twelve-month plan the site badges "Best Value". Over a year that is a difference of about $152 in your favor.
Is the semaglutide pricing the same shape?
No, and that is what makes the tirzepatide ladder look like a mistake. Semaglutide descends properly, from $179 for a single month down to $141.50 across a year, with every rung cheaper than the last. Same page, same layout, correct ordering.
Who writes the prescription?
A named doctor. Its FAQ names both physicians leading the medical group and gives their license numbers, which is more than almost any other seller we review offers — most name nobody at all. You will need to open the collapsed panel on the homepage to see it.
Which pharmacy fills it?
One of four, and it names all of them with phone numbers and websites: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx. What the site does not say is which one you will get, or whether your medication is made to order for you.
Should the FDA letter worry me?
It is worth reading before you order. In March 2023 the FDA wrote to Belmar Pharma Solutions about drug products that failed to meet the rules for pharmacy compounding, including the use of ingredients that were not eligible and suppliers that were not registered. Bodybuilding Health+ names that pharmacy as one of its four, and the letter concerns the pharmacy rather than this company.
Is this Bodybuilding.com?
The site never says so. It trades as Bodybuilding Health+, its company is Dynamo Group LLC in Boca Raton, and the name Bodybuilding.com appears nowhere on it. The affiliate listing that points here does carry that name, which is a fact about the listing rather than about the company, and we draw no connection from it.
