Longevixx advertises GLP-1 weight loss "from $149/mo" and shows you no price at all until you have answered twenty-five screens of questions. When one finally appears, $149 is sitting beside a struck $199, and the checkout explains why: "$50 off first month". Tirzepatide, to its credit, is $299 flat with no such trick. The billing interval is 30 days rather than a month, and the thing this company does not publish anywhere is a refund policy.

The money verdict
I would take the tirzepatide here and be careful with everything else. $299 flat, with a dietitian visit and care coaching genuinely included and no membership underneath, is a fair mid-market offer honestly presented. The semaglutide beside it is not: the number the whole site advertises lasts one cycle, and the $199 you actually live on is visible only after a twenty-five-screen questionnaire. What decides it for me is the absence rather than the price. There is no refund policy on this website — none — while the homepage promises "$0 if you're not approved" in words that appear in no clause the company has written down.
