Clume Health review: $186 a month means a year bought up front

Clume Health puts two prices on its homepage and sells neither of them. "Starting at *$199/month" and "*$159/month" are both below every program on its own pricing page, and the asterisks lead nowhere — the homepage contains no footnote at all. What it does sell is $259 a month for a full-dose GLP-1 program, or $186 if you buy fifty-two weeks at once. One figure covers semaglutide and tirzepatide, oral and injectable, which is unusual and worth knowing before you compare it with anyone.

The money verdict

I would price this against the month-to-month figure and ignore the homepage entirely. $259 for a full-dose program that covers either molecule in either form is a fair mid-market offer, and the flexibility is genuine — most sellers make you pick a drug and a route before they will quote you. Clume also names all four of its dispensing pharmacies with addresses, which is rare. Against that: the two prices on its front page are lower than anything it sells, the asterisks beside them lead to no footnote, and canceling a monthly plan refunds nothing for the month you are in.

Worth it if

  • You want one price whether you end up on semaglutide or tirzepatide, oral or injectable
  • You want to know which pharmacies could fill your prescription, by name and address
  • You are ready to buy a full year, which is the only way to the lowest rate

Why does one price cover both drugs?

Because Clume sells programs rather than molecules. The same figure is tagged semaglutide, tirzepatide, oral and injectable, so what you pay does not change if a provider puts you on one rather than the other. It also means no figure on this page can be attributed to a single drug, and we have not tried to.

What are the prices on the homepage then?

Not prices you can buy. The homepage advertises programs "starting at *$199/month" and "*$159/month", and both sit below the cheapest thing on the actual pricing page. The asterisks that would normally explain a gap like that lead nowhere — we counted every asterisk on the page and found no footnote.

Which pharmacy fills it?

One of four, and Clume names them all with addresses: RedRock Pharmacy in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York and Triad Rx in Alabama. Its terms let it move a prescription between them for fulfillment, availability, pricing or operational reasons, so which one you get is not something you choose.

Can I get a refund if I stop?

Only in narrow cases. A cancellation inside the first 72 hours with no services received is refunded in full, and so is a medical disqualification. Otherwise a monthly plan refunds nothing for the month you cancel in or any month before it; a multi-month plan refunds only the months where no medication shipped.

Can I see the intake before I commit?

Not as of September 1, 2026. All three programs hand off to an intake that now opens with a "Security Check" and an image captcha before asking a single question, on an ordinary browser as well as an automated one. Whether anything past it quotes a different figure is something we could not establish.
