Goldspan Health review: a "month" billed every 28 days, on a shop that is not its own site
Goldspan Health's own website does not carry a price. Every figure lives on a storefront at a different address, run by a different company, and the plan card there is admirably plain about the one thing most sellers bury: "Billed every 28 days". Four weeks is not a month, so $229 for semaglutide is $2,977 across a year rather than the $2,748 twelve payments would suggest. What Goldspan does not do is hide a prepay ladder behind the word "from" — there is only one plan, at the price on the card.

A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient and a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under different rules, so this tells you less than it looks like it does.
Can I cancel?
You can stop the next order, delay a refill or take a 30-day pause by messaging the team. What you cannot do is get money back: the refund policy says all sales are final once an order is placed, and the storefront's terms say a placed order cannot be canceled.
