Ivim Health Review: Three Pages, Three Prices for the Same Injection

Ivim Health will tell you tirzepatide starts at $224 a month, or $133, depending which of its own pages you land on. Neither is what you pay. Medication comes in prepaid blocks and a $75 membership is billed on top of every one of them, so the shortest commitment Ivim publishes — two months of tirzepatide at $550 — works out at $350 a month once the membership lands. Here is the arithmetic on every block Ivim sells, the $100 restocking fee buried in section 16 of its terms, and the state routing table pulled out of its own sign-up form.

Pricing, per compound

Ivim Health prices each compound separately, so there is no single “Ivim Health” price — only a price per compound. The table below shows, for each one, the price it leads with in the “Advertised” column and what a reader actually pays if they stop after one cycle in “Walk-away”, cheapest first. The “Provider” column names the compound, not the company — every row on this page is Ivim Health.

Key terms

Walk-away price
What one cycle costs at the no-commitment, ongoing rate — what you actually pay if you stop after month one.
True year
The walk-away price multiplied by however many times a year it's actually billed — 12 for a calendar-month cycle, 13 for a four-week cycle.
Four-weekly billing
A cycle that repeats every 4 weeks rather than on the calendar month, so it bills 13 times in a year, not 12 — one extra charge a reader counting by "months" won't expect.
Compounded
Made to order by a pharmacy from raw ingredients, rather than dispensed as an FDA-approved, mass-manufactured product.

Bottom line

Ivim Health’s cheapest walk-away price is $264.5/mo (Semaglutide — compounded) — about $3,174 a year if you keep paying it every cycle. Check the pricing table above for every compound this provider sells before you commit to one.

Frequently asked questions

What does Ivim Health actually cost?

Two charges, one of them up front. Medication is sold in blocks: semaglutide is $379 for two months, $499 for four or $600 for six; tirzepatide is $550, $900 or $1,100 for the same blocks. Membership is $75 a month on top, free for the first month only. So the cheapest way in — two months of semaglutide — is $379 on day one and $75 in month two, which is $454, or $227 a month for those two months and $264.50 a month once the free month is behind you. All figures read off ivimhealth.com/glp1-pricing/ on August 7, 2026.

Why does Ivim quote three different tirzepatide prices?

Because three pages have not been reconciled with each other. On August 7, 2026, ivimhealth.com/weightloss/ said "Compounded Tirzepatide starting at* $224/mo" with the footnote "Medication + Program fee included". ivimhealth.com/compounded-tirzepatide/ said "Starting at $133/mo" on the same day. And ivimhealth.com/glp1-pricing/ listed the six-month block at $1,100, which is $183.33 a month before membership. The $133 has a source: Ivim's own store prices that six-month SKU at $798, and $798 ÷ 6 is $133. So the product page is quoting a discounted store price, the pricing page is quoting a higher one, and neither adds the membership. This review reports all of them rather than picking a favourite.

What does a year on Ivim come to?

On repeating two-month semaglutide blocks: six blocks at $379 is $2,274, plus eleven membership months at $75, which is $825 — $3,099 for the year, or $258.25 a month. Tirzepatide the same way is $3,300 plus $825, or $4,125. Buying six-month blocks instead pulls both down hard: two semaglutide blocks at $600 plus $825 of membership is $2,025 for the year, and tirzepatide is $2,200 plus $825, or $3,025. The saving is real. What it costs you is $600 or $1,100 handed over on day one, and a restocking fee if you stop.

What happens if I cancel part-way through a block?

You get the unshipped medication refunded, less a fee. Section 16 of Ivim's terms: "we will refund any unshipped medication, less an administrative/restocking fee of $100 for each undeveloped three-month portion of your plan or $50 for each undeveloped two-month portion." Ivim's own worked example is that cancelling a six-month plan after two months triggers two $50 fees. Anything already dispensed is gone — the refund policy says prescribed medication is non-refundable "regardless of usage, program duration, or cancellation of membership." The one carve-out is medical: the fee is waived entirely if a provider determines you are ineligible to continue, pregnancy included.

Is there a month-to-month option?

Not one you can find. The public pricing page offers two-, four- and six-month blocks only. Ivim's own store catalogue does carry one-month SKUs — $199 for semaglutide, $300 for tirzepatide, both flagged purchasable and in stock when we queried it on August 7, 2026 — but the product pages those SKUs point at redirect to the homepage, so there is no route a shopper can actually take to them. We have not published them as prices because we could not reach a page that sells them. If you want a single month, ask before you pay.

Does Ivim serve my state?

Yes, wherever you are — but the route differs. Ivim does not publish a coverage map, so this comes from the routing table inside its own sign-up form, read on August 7, 2026. Thirty-seven states plus Washington, D.C. take the standard path. Arizona, New York and Washington are flagged as limited. Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, Tennessee and West Virginia are marked schedule-only, meaning a booked visit rather than the asynchronous intake everyone else gets. The three lists cover all 50 states and D.C. between them, with nothing left out.

What did the FDA warning letter say?

It was about the vial, not the advertising. On February 20, 2026 FDA wrote to Ivim Services LLC saying the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products pictured on ivimhealth.com "identify 'Ivim' on the pictured label, suggesting Ivim is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not," citing the rule that a company name on a drug label without qualification means that company made it. FDA asked Ivim to name the entities that actually produce the products. Nothing in the letter alleges a problem with sterility, potency or contamination. For a price shopper the practical point is narrow but real: the brand on the box tells you who sold it to you, not who compounded it, so two subscriptions at very different prices may or may not be the same medicine.

Is the membership worth $75 a month?

It depends entirely on whether you use it. What it buys is unlimited video visits with no appointment fee, weekly dose adjustments, 24/7 text or phone access, 1-on-1 coaching and 20% off Ivim's supplements. Providers that charge per visit can add $50 to $150 each time, so a patient titrating actively can genuinely come out ahead. A patient who is stable on one dose and never calls is paying $900 a year for a refill authorisation. Ivim does not offer a medication-only tier, so that decision is not on the table — the membership is required for as long as the prescription runs.
