Ro does not have a price. It has two, billed separately — a membership and a medication — so any single number you have seen quoted is one line of a two-line bill. Start on Zepbound and that bill is $338 for the first month, then $598 every month after. On Wegovy it is $238, then $498.

The money verdict
I would buy here for the branded drugs, because Ro publishes the all-in number and it reconciles — which almost nobody in this category does. I would go in knowing month two nearly doubles, and that the $888 annual plan is non-refundable the moment it is paid.

- Ro publishes its own all-in number, which almost nobody here does — "$338 for your first month — Includes meds and membership", and it reconciles.
- It publishes the ongoing total too, $149 membership plus $449 medication, so a year can be priced before you hand over a card.

Why does Google show a different Ro price than Ro's own page?
Because Ro's page is telling two different stories on one URL. The structured data on ro.co/weight-loss/pricing/ — the machine-readable copy search engines and AI assistants read — says "$45 for your first month, then $145" and lists Zepbound at "$349–$499 per month." The visible page at that same address says $39 to start, then $74 to $149 depending on plan, with Zepbound at $299, $399, and $449. Both were checked on August 7, 2026. This review is priced on the visible figures. If a search result or a chatbot quotes you a Ro price that’s not on this page, stale markup is the likely reason.
Do Ro's "months free" badges add up?
No. The 6-month plan is badged "5 months free." It costs $534 prepaid against $894 for six months at Ro's own $149 month-to-month rate — a $360 saving, which is 2.4 months of membership, not five. The 3-month plan is badged "4 months free"; a three-month plan can’t contain four free months. The discounts themselves are real — $150 over three months, $360 over six — and they’re worth taking if you’re staying. The badges just aren’t the arithmetic.
What happens if I miss a refill check-in?
The price goes up on the same medication. Ro's Zepbound page is explicit: to keep the discounted price at 7.5, 10, 12.5, and 15 mg you have to complete the next refill check-in within 45 days of your last delivery. Miss that window and the refill is charged at full price — $499 at 7.5 mg, $699 at 10 mg and above, against $449 either way if you’re on time. A missed 10 mg check-in costs $250 more than an on-time one.
Can I cancel, and does anything come back?
You can cancel yourself inside the account, no phone call, with 48 hours' notice before the renewal date. Nothing already paid comes back: Ro's terms state the Body Membership Fee is non-refundable once paid, and medication sales are final. That’s what makes the annual plan a genuine commitment rather than a discount — $888 is spent the moment it clears. The one refund Ro does promise is the $39 start fee, returned if you’re found ineligible for a GLP-1.
Does Ro serve my state?
Yes. Ro's telehealth FAQ says it provides services to members in all 50 states and Washington, D.C., and there’s no excluded-state list to check. One logistics wrinkle, which isn’t a service exclusion: Quest lab draws are unavailable in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming, and in those states Ro sends an at-home collection kit at no charge instead.
