Rehydra+ Wellness Review: $119 Is a Starting Dose on a Six-Month Contract

It depends on your dose and on whether you sign a contract. Compounded semaglutide is $119 a month on Tier 1 (0.25 mg and 0.5 mg), $169 on Tier 2 (0.75–1.0 mg) and $229 on Tier 3 (1.7–2.5 mg). Compounded tirzepatide is $169, $289 and $419 across 2.5–5 mg, 7.5–10 mg and 12.5–15 mg. Every one of those six prices requires a six-month non-cancelable membership. Rehydra+ also prints the price without one, which almost nobody does: $199, $269 and $319 for semaglutide, and $344, $519 and $719 for tirzepatide. All figures read on August 7, 2026.

Rehydra+'s own membership page says so, on all six tiers, in two places. Each tier card carries the line "Valid for 6 Months · Non-Cancelable", and the page closes with "Membership plans are contracts that are locked in for 6 months. They are paid via autopay. One credit or debit card required to be kept on file." The terms and conditions page, published on the same site, says something different: "You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle," and a cancellations section repeating it. We are reporting both because both are live. If you’re considering a membership, the sentence that matters is the one in the agreement you actually sign, and it’s worth asking which document governs before the card goes on file.

On the membership, a full six-month term of Tier 1 semaglutide is $714 and Tier 3 is $1,374; twelve months at the tier you finish on, rather than the one you start on, is $2,748 for semaglutide and $5,028 for tirzepatide. Without a membership, Rehydra+'s own normal monthly prices annualise to $3,828 for Tier 3 semaglutide and $8,628 for Tier 3 tirzepatide. Buying single supplies instead is cheaper per unit of time at the starting dose — $149 for four weeks of 0.25 mg semaglutide — but four weeks isn’t a month, and repeating it’s thirteen purchases a year, or $1,937.

Because Rehydra+ prices the drug, not the plan. The membership tiers are defined by milligrams: Tier 1 semaglutide is "Doses of 0.25mg and 0.5mg", Tier 2 is 0.75 and 1.0 mg, Tier 3 is 1.7 and 2.5 mg. Since a GLP-1 protocol normally starts low and steps up, the advertised price is the one you pay at the beginning and the highest tier is the one you’re likeliest to be on later. The single-order products climb the same way — four weeks of tirzepatide is $219 at 2.5 mg and $319 at 7.5 mg. The membership FAQ says switching tiers mid-term is "possible depending on where you are in your treatment plan," which isn’t a price.

Not to the public, as of August 7, 2026. The product listings still include BPC-157, KPV, MOTS-c, sermorelin, tesamorelin, GHK-Cu and two proprietary blends, and the store's own product API still returns their prices. But every one of those product pages redirects to the account login, the peptides category page shows no products, and /peptide-products/ answers "No products were found matching your selection." The site navigation still carries a "Peptides" menu column; the only thing under it that a logged-out visitor can buy is NAD+ therapy. Whatever the reason, the practical position is that the peptide catalog isn’t purchasable without an account, so this review doesn’t price it.

There’s no way to find out from the site. Rehydra+ says "Shipping Available in 20 States" on its home page and "serving patients in 20 states" on its about page, and publishes no list, no state selector and no check-your-state tool. Its terms say only that services are available to adults "who reside in a state or region where our services are offered." Twenty states means thirty are excluded, and none of the fifty is named either way. Asking before you start is the only route.

Rehydra+ doesn’t say who. The most specific statement on the site is that it "works with compounding pharmacy partners," repeated on the about page and in the membership FAQ; the terms refer to "our affiliated pharmacy partner." No pharmacy is named on any page, and no potency, sterility or third-party testing program is described anywhere — the closest the product copy comes is "pharmacy-sourced for purity and quality," which is a marketing phrase rather than a test. Prescription products are final sale once shipped.
