Reach the checkout and the same figure carries a different label: "$100 off first month", with $249 struck through next to it. Tirzepatide does the same, $199 against $299. The cycle is not a month either — its own terms authorize a charge "immediately and every 30 days thereafter", which is 12.17 charges a year and puts a year of semaglutide at $3,029.50.

The money verdict
I would not budget from anything Alinwell publishes. Its real semaglutide rate is $249 on a 30-day cycle, which is $3,029.50 a year, and the only place that number appears is a checkout page you reach after thirty-one screens. The company is not hiding it exactly — the strike-through is right there once you arrive — but every surface a buyer uses to compare providers shows a figure that lasts one cycle.
