Oria Meds advertises two prices on its homepage and sells neither. "Starting at $149 /per month" and "Starting at $249 /per month" are all a reader sees before the questionnaire; the plan menu twenty-seven screens later offers $199 for semaglutide and $369 for tirzepatide, discounted to $89 and $129 for one month only. We walked it twice, to two different states, and $149 appeared on neither. The semaglutide ladder then does something we have not seen elsewhere: committing to three months costs more per month than paying monthly.

The money verdict
I would go in knowing the price doubles after month one, and I would not choose the longer plan. Oria's real semaglutide rate is $199 and its real tirzepatide rate is $369, both a long way above the two figures its homepage advertises and neither visible until you have answered twenty-seven screens and handed over an address. Some of what surrounds that is genuinely good — one named pharmacy with a street address, free shipping, and a clear promise that nothing is charged unless a provider prescribes. But this is a company that publishes no legal name, no governing law and no arbitration clause, and whose cheapest semaglutide plan is the one with no commitment attached.

- You want to know which pharmacy fills your prescription, with an address and a phone number
- You want nothing charged until a provider has actually written the prescription
- You are buying tirzepatide and will stay six months, where the discount is real

Why can I not find the $149 the homepage advertises?
Because no plan costs it. We walked the whole intake twice, filing to Iowa and to California, and the menu offered $199, $209 and $209 for semaglutide and $369, $316 and $299 for tirzepatide. Neither $149 nor $249 appeared on either walk, and the menu's own heading — "Same Price. All Dosage Levels" — rules out dose as the explanation.
Is the three-month plan cheaper?
Not for semaglutide. One month is $199 and both the three- and six-month plans are $209 a month, so the longer commitment costs $10 more each month. For tirzepatide the ladder behaves normally — $316 for three months and $299 for six, against $369 monthly.
Which pharmacy fills it?
PerfectRx, at 5810 Long Prairie Rd, Flower Mound, Texas, with a phone number and an email published. That is a fuller disclosure than most companies we track manage. What the reader is not told on any rendered page is the compounding class — the 503A designation exists only inside unrendered code.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the patient portal or by email, and canceling stops all future charges. It does not undo one already processed, and it does not refund medication already dispensed or shipped — including, in Oria's own words, "partially used or unopened vials". If the pharmacy has not yet dispensed, the company says it will try to stop the order and refund that charge.
How long is the intake?
Twenty-seven screens before the first price. It asks for your date of birth, name, email, phone and full shipping address before it will name a molecule, and the plan menu with the real figures comes after all of that. Completing it costs nothing and creates no account, but it is a long way to walk for a number.
