TOM Weight Loss now sells compounded semaglutide the simple way. Its Basic membership is $199 a month, billed monthly, with the drug included at any dose up to 2.4 mg a week, and that's the plan I'd pick. The older à la carte route is still there: a $100 membership plus medication billed by the pharmacy per four-week fill. From a 1 mg dose it costs more than the bundle, and it only wins if you stay on a starting dose.
