I'd buy here if you want to know what month six costs before you start. Willow is one of very few sellers that publishes a price for every dose, and there's no prepay trick underneath it. Budget $399 for tirzepatide at first, and expect $499 or more if you move up to the higher doses. Semaglutide is the calmer bill: $299 for most people, most of the way.

Is there a cheaper rate if I prepay?
No. Willow sells month to month only, and the price it advertises is the price it charges each month. That also means there's no discount for committing, which some sellers offer.
Are there any extra fees?
Not if you use Willow's pharmacies. If you send your prescription to your own pharmacy, a platform fee applies and you pay the pharmacy for the medication directly. Willow doesn't publish the platform fee.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Message the care team at least two business days before your next processing date. If you cancel before the prescription goes to the pharmacy, Willow refunds that month in full. After that, the medication is already being made and can't be refunded.
