How is this different from the cheapest compounded tirzepatide board?
It sorts on a year instead of on one cycle, and it includes branded Zepbound rather than excluding them. Those are different questions rather than a re-sort: a company billing every four weeks charges thirteen times a year, so it can be cheaper per cycle and dearer per year than the company beside it. The cheapest board answers what next month costs and is the one to read if that is your question.
Is a compounded tirzepatide the same product as Zepbound?
No. Zepbound and Mounjaro are FDA-approved tirzepatide products from Eli Lilly. A compounded tirzepatide is prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy and is not FDA-approved or evaluated for safety, effectiveness or quality — several of the companies here lead with that disclaimer themselves. They are on one board because a reader pricing a year of tirzepatide is choosing between them, and the row says which is which.
Why is a plan covering "semaglutide or tirzepatide" on a tirzepatide board?
Because it is a real route to compounded tirzepatide at a published price, and leaving it off would hide one. Two companies price a programme rather than a molecule, and the row label says so rather than implying a tirzepatide-specific quote neither of them publishes. At one of them, which compound you are prescribed is the provider's decision and not a tier you pick at checkout — that caveat is on its review.
