These are the exceptions: the products a company states are taken by mouth — a lozenge, a sublingual, an orally dissolving tablet, one branded pill. The cheapest year on this board is under $1,200, which is less than a single month of the dearest row on our branded board.

What gets on this board
Every priced row on a published review here that names a GLP-1 and states a route taken by mouth — oral, sublingual, lozenge, tablet, pill, troche or capsule. Compounded and branded both count, and a company selling two appears twice, because they are two different products at two different prices.
What decides the order
Companies we have an affiliate relationship with are listed first, and we may earn a commission if you start with one. Within that group and within the rest, the order is true-year cost, cheapest first — the price of one cycle with no commitment, multiplied by the number of times a year it is actually billed. The prices themselves are read off each company's own page and are the same either way.

The advertised column is what the company leads with. The walk-away column is what one cycle costs if you stop after it. The year column is the second of those multiplied by the number of times a year it is genuinely billed — which is thirteen, not twelve, for anyone on a four-week cycle.

An oral tablet, but minoxidil is a hair-loss medicine and not a GLP-1. It is caught here only because this board's net is the route rather than the molecule, which is what stops a swallowed GLP-1 from slipping past unnoticed.
Rehydra+ Wellness — Compounded NAD+ — injection, oral or nasal spray
Offered orally among other routes, but NAD+ is not a GLP-1. It is priced on this company's review and ranked on our NAD+ board instead.
Winona — Estrogen tablets — estradiol

Frequently asked questions
Is an oral GLP-1 as effective as an injection?
This site does not answer that, and a cost board is the wrong place to try. We rank what things cost and what companies publish; nothing here is a clinical comparison, and no page on this site carries an efficacy score. The absorption of a compounded sublingual preparation in particular is not something the sellers publish trial data for. Ask the prescriber, and read the medical disclaimer at the foot of this page.
Why is there no injectable board to compare this with?
Because the data will not carry one honestly. A company that sells an oral product almost always says so in the product name, since it is the thing that distinguishes it — so a row naming a mouth route is reliable. The reverse is not: most sellers here label a row simply "Compounded semaglutide" and mention the needle only on the product page, so an injectable board built the same way would silently omit sellers that plainly qualify. A board that leaves out real rows is worse than no board.
