System Labs review: six of its eight prices are a first month

System Labs sells peptides rather than GLP-1s — NAD+, glutathione, GHK-Cu, MIC+B12 and sermorelin — and prices six of its eight products as a first month. Each card shows a struck-through figure beside a lower one labeled "/first mo.", so the advertised $89 NAD+ is $149 from month two and the advertised $109 sermorelin is $219. Those are gaps of 67% to 114%, the widest set on this site. It states plainly that its peptides are not FDA-approved, which two companies here hold warning letters for failing to do. What it does not say is that sermorelin, the product it leads its muscle-and-sleep marketing with, has no human trial record at all.

The advertised $89, $69, $79, $79, $109 and $79 are first-month prices, which System Labs states on each card with "/first mo." Two products are genuinely flat: GHK-Cu topical at $109 a month and MIC+B12 at $89.

Is there evidence for sermorelin?

No human trial evidence, and that is unusual even in this category. A search of ClinicalTrials.gov returns no completed interventional study of sermorelin for the outcomes it is sold for, and PubMed returns no trial-type publication — checked with control queries that returned results for comparable peptides, so the zero is a finding rather than a broken search. System Labs markets sermorelin for lean muscle, faster recovery and deeper sleep and sells it in two forms. The oral version is a further step away again: nothing has tested a swallowed sermorelin, and peptides of that size are poorly absorbed by mouth.

Why do the prices go up after the first month?

Because the advertised figure is a first month by System Labs' own label. Each card prints a struck-through number beside a lower one marked "/first mo." — $219 struck through beside $109 for sermorelin, $149 beside $89 for NAD+. The site never says in words what the second month costs; the strike-through is the only indication, and taking it at face value gives the walk-away prices on this page. It is worth confirming at checkout before you commit.

Which pharmacy fills a System Labs prescription?

It does not say. Three different phrases appear — "licensed U.S. pharmacies", "a certified U.S. pharmacy" and "a state-licensed pharmacy" — and none is attached to a pharmacy name, an address or a license number. No compounding category is given either. "Third-party tested" is claimed with no certificate of analysis or laboratory named, which leaves nothing to check and nobody to ask.

Has System Labs had an FDA warning letter?

No. FDA's live index was queried on August 11, 2026. "systemlabs" returned nothing. "system laboratories" returned 181 rows, all of them full-text matches inside letters addressed to other companies — exactly one had the word "system" anywhere in its company column, and that was Auto-Chlor System LLC. A query for "sprout" in the same pass returned Sprout Health's letter, which is what makes those zeros meaningful rather than a sign of a broken search.
