On most pricing pages in this market the headline figure is a prepay rate and the real one is somewhere behind an intake. These are the sellers with at least one product where those two numbers match, each entered once on its cheapest qualifying price. Note what qualifies: a price, not a company — several of the sellers below advertise honestly on one product and not on another, and each review lists every one of their prices.

What gets on this board
Every company with at least one priced row where the advertised figure and the price charged with no commitment are identical, entered once on its cheapest such row. Qualifying is a fact about a PRICE, not a company — a seller can qualify on one product while its other prices carry a prepay gap, and its review lists every one of them. No editorial judgment is applied; a row qualifies on the arithmetic or it does not.
What decides the order
Companies we have an affiliate relationship with are listed first, and we may earn a commission if you start with one. Within that group and within the rest, the order is true-year cost, cheapest first — the price of one cycle with no commitment, multiplied by the number of times a year it is actually billed. The prices themselves are read off each company's own page and are the same either way.

Ranked by what a year actually costs
The advertised column is what the company leads with. The walk-away column is what one cycle costs if you stop after it. The year column is the second of those multiplied by the number of times a year it is genuinely billed — which is thirteen, not twelve, for anyone on a four-week cycle.

Coverage varies by state, and several of these companies serve fewer states than they appear to. Each review names the exclusions its company actually discloses.
Whether the care is good
This board ranks on cost, not on care. We have not assessed anyone's clinical care, and there is no quality score anywhere on this site.
What your insurer pays
Every figure here is a cash price. What a covered drug costs you depends on your own plan's formulary and deductible, and no public source publishes a per-drug copay.
Whether the price will hold
Plans restructure without notice. Every row carries the date it was read so you can see how old the number is before you rely on it.
Frequently asked questions
Does a company on this board advertise honestly across everything it sells?
Not necessarily, and that is why the board is built out of prices rather than companies. Several sellers here have a matching advertised and charged price on one product and a several-hundred-dollar gap on another. Its review has every one of that company's prices, gap included.
Does a row here mean the price will not change?
No. It means the number advertised on the day we checked is the number charged for one cycle with no commitment. Companies restructure pricing, which is why every row carries the date it was read.
Is a price on this board cheaper than one that is not?
Not necessarily, and the board does not claim it. A price can be honestly advertised and still be high. What this measures is the gap between two numbers, which is a separate question from the size of either.
