Ranked board
GLP-1 providers that say they treat men, and what a year at each really costs
Same rule as the women's board, run the other way: a company is here because its own pages say it treats men — two of them sell to men specifically, the rest publish programmes for both sexes — and a company that says nothing about who it treats is on neither board. That makes this a genuinely different list from our main GLP-1 ranking rather than the same one under a different heading, which is what it was until each review carried the fact. Nothing here asserts a clinical difference between the sexes; it ranks what companies charge and reports what they say.

What gets on this board
Every company with a published review here that sells a GLP-1 and whose own published words say it serves men — either by addressing men specifically, or by publishing programmes for both sexes. Each appears once, on its cheapest GLP-1 over a year. A company whose own site says nothing about who it treats is on NEITHER this board nor the women's one: an absent record means the question has not been settled first-party, and it is not read as a yes. Companies we did establish an audience for and still left off are named below with the sentences that decided it.
What decides the order
Ranked by true-year cost, cheapest first — the price of one cycle with no commitment, multiplied by the number of times a year it is actually billed. Nothing is pinned, sponsored, or lifted into position.

Ranked by what a year actually costs
The advertised column is what the company leads with. The walk-away column is what one cycle costs if you stop after it. The year column is the second of those multiplied by the number of times a year it is genuinely billed — which is thirteen, not twelve, for anyone on a four-week cycle.

What this board leaves off, and why
3 priced rows in our reviews look like they could belong on this board and are deliberately not on it. Each is named here with the reason, because a ranking you cannot see the edges of is one you have to take on trust — and every one of these prices is published in full on the review it came from.
Hers — Oral semaglutide — Wegovy Pill
Hers sells its weight-loss programme to women and titles it so. The page these prices are read from carries the title "Weight Loss Care for Women, Built to Last | Hers", and the homepage is titled "Hers | Women's Healthcare, Online" with the description "Personalized healthcare for women." — read on 2026-08-09 out of the raw server HTML, not from the brand name. It publishes no statement refusing men, and it is not a clinical restriction; but its own site carries no men's programme page at all, and listing it here would credit it with something it does not say.
Hers — Semaglutide — Wegovy Pen
The same company and the same published titles. Every Hers price, membership line included, is on its review.
Hers — Tirzepatide — Zepbound Vial
The same company and the same published titles. This row is ranked on the women's board and on our branded GLP-1 board.
Key terms
Show definitions
- Walk-away price
- What one cycle costs at the standing, no-commitment rate — what you pay if you stop after it. Not a prepay tier and not a first-month promotion.
- True year
- The walk-away price multiplied by the number of times it is actually billed in a year: 12 on a calendar-month cycle, 13 on a four-week cycle.
- Advertised price
- The figure the company leads with on its own pricing page. It is shown here beside the price you pay rather than instead of it.
What this board does not tell you
Whether you qualify
Coverage varies by state, and several of these companies serve fewer states than they appear to. Each review names the exclusions its company actually discloses.
Whether the care is good
This is a cost ranking and nothing else. We have not assessed anyone's clinical care, and there is no quality score anywhere on this site.
What your insurer pays
Every figure here is a cash price. What a covered drug costs you depends on your own plan's formulary and deductible, and no public source publishes a per-drug copay.
Whether the price will hold
Plans restructure without notice. Every row carries the date it was read so you can see how old the number is before you rely on it.
Frequently asked questions
Why is this board shorter than the main GLP-1 ranking?
Because it is a different question, and for a long time it was not. Until each review recorded who a company says it serves, the only rule available was "does not restrict to women", which qualified almost every seller — so this board carried exactly the same rows as our main GLP-1 board under a different heading. That was thin content and we have said so rather than quietly leaving it. Now a company is here because its own pages say it treats men, and the sellers that publish nothing on the point are on neither this board nor the women's one.
Does this board make any claim about how GLP-1s affect men?
No. Nothing on this site makes a claim about how a medicine behaves in one sex versus another. This board ranks companies on what they charge over a year and reports who they say they treat — it is a statement about pricing pages, not about bodies.
Do the men's-health brands here cost more?
One is among the dearest rows on this board and the other is among the cheaper ones, so there is no pattern to report. Both are ranked by the same arithmetic as every other row, at the figure they charge, and their reviews carry the rest of their catalogues.
Why does the women's board name three excluded rows and this one name three too?
Coincidence rather than symmetry — the counts happen to match because one women's-facing seller publishes three priced GLP-1 rows and one men's-facing seller publishes two while another publishes one. What is symmetric is the rule: each board names every company whose audience we established and then deliberately left off, with the sentence that decided it, and neither board names the companies nobody has established an audience for, because that is one uniform reason stated once above rather than sixty identical entries.
