Evernow Review: The $35 Membership Costs $420 Up Front

Evernow puts "Starts at $35/month" on every treatment page. Its FAQ shows where that comes from: $420 for twelve months in one payment, against $49 month to month. The gap is not the worst of it — the membership buys care, not medicine, and Evernow publishes no medication price anywhere. One exception, and a good one: vaginal estradiol cream is free on the multi-month plans.

The money verdict

I would buy the three-month plan for the vaginal estradiol cream and nothing else. At $129 with the cream included, it is the cheapest all-in route to that product we have priced. For anything else, Evernow will not tell you what the medicine costs until you have paid to find out.

Worth it if

  • Vaginal estradiol cream is the treatment you want — it comes with the three-month plan, at $43 a month.
  • You want to fill the prescription at your own pharmacy and run it through your insurance.
  • You want a real month-to-month option at $49 rather than a year paid at once.
  • You want video visits billed to insurance where your plan covers them, with a published self-pay rate as the fallback.

Look elsewhere if

Where does the $35 come from?

From the annual plan, divided by twelve. Evernow's FAQ lists all three tiers together — "Month-to-month plan: $49 a month. 3-month plan: $129 for 3 months of Evernow ($43 a month). 12-month plan: $420 for 12 months of Evernow ($35 a month)" — so the arithmetic is honest where it’s stated. The problem is where it’s not: "Starts at $35/month" appears on the homepage and on every treatment page on the site, and none of them mentions $420 or the word annual. Since Evernow "does not provide refunds for members after they engage with their provider", someone who joins at the advertised rate and leaves after a month has paid $420 for that month.

Does the membership include my medication?

No, and Evernow repeats it on every care page: "The cost of any medications you are prescribed at Evernow are not included but may be covered by insurance when filled through your local pharmacy." Its FAQ explains the reasoning — keeping visits and medications outside the membership lets it "offer you competitive prices for only the services you need" — which is a defensible model. What makes it hard to price is that Evernow then publishes no medication prices at all. Every drug page on its own commerce app is behind a sign-in, so the only way to learn what a month of hormone therapy costs is to become a member first.

Is the free vaginal estrogen cream real?

Yes, with two conditions Evernow states plainly. Its Terms say membership "include[s] optional, complimentary access to vaginal estradiol cream, if determined medically appropriate by their… Provider for members on quarterly or annual plans", and the product page repeats it as "Get FREE vaginal estrogen cream* (worth up to $480/year) with a multi-month membership *Must medically qualify and be on a 3-or-12-month plan". So it’s not available on the $49 month-to-month plan, and it depends on a clinician agreeing it suits you. If both hold, $129 for three months is the cheapest all-in route to a vaginal estrogen cream on this site — $43 a month with care and the medicine in one bill.

Does Evernow prescribe GLP-1s?

Yes, and it names them: "Medications such as Ozempic® (semaglutide), Wegovy® (semaglutide), Rybelsus® (semaglutide), Mounjaro® (tirzepatide), Zepbound® (tirzepatide), and Contrave® (naltrexone-bupropion) are available." What it doesn’t do is price any of them — every weight-loss page carries the $35 membership card and no drug figure, and the medication pages on its commerce app are sign-in gated. That’s why this review carries no GLP-1 row and why Evernow appears on none of our GLP-1 boards: a price nobody publishes can’t be ranked, and inventing one is the failure this site exists to prevent. One undated page also still claims "We offer compounded versions of GLP-1 medications", which no other page on the site supports.

What are the fees that don’t appear in the advertised price?

Two, and both are on the commerce app rather than the marketing site. A video visit is $150 self-pay if your insurance doesn’t cover it, charged on top of the membership — Evernow addresses the stacking head-on in a FAQ headed "Why do I have a membership cost in addition to a video visit or medications?". And "if you cancel a video visit in less than 24 hours of your scheduled visit time (or do not attend your visit), you will be charged a $50 fee". Neither is part of a subscription cycle, so neither has been added to the prices above, but both are real money.

Has the FDA written to Evernow?

No. The live warning-letter index was queried on August 9, 2026 under "evernow", which returned zero rows with the returned count matching the filtered count, and under the spaced "ever now", which returned 74 rows — all of them returned in full rather than paged, and every one re-checked against the company column. They are seafood processors, supplement makers, device manufacturers and two Eli Lilly letters, caught on ordinary words in the letter body; Evernow, Inc. is in none of them and nothing has been filed on a name resemblance.
