EverPrime Review: Treatment Prices, Visit Fees and Membership Terms

By Marla Whitfield, Pricing EditorUpdated

EverPrime advertises standard medication rates of $249 for semaglutide and $329 for tirzepatide on one-month plans. Optional membership costs extra, and conflicting visit-fee disclosures leave the complete charge unclear.

EverPrime offers treatment without a membership, but get the medication charge, visit fees and prepaid term confirmed together before choosing its lower member rate.

Visit EverPrime

Consider it if

  • You want to compare a treatment-only plan with an optional care membership
  • You are willing to confirm visit inclusions and the full prepaid commitment before paying

Look elsewhere if

  • You need a clearly established all-in total before starting the purchase process
  • You need a prepaid membership payment to be refundable after cancellation

The strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • The product tables distinguish standard from member medication rates and show longer-plan options.
  • Membership is optional; a patient can choose a treatment plan without it.
  • Public terms distinguish the operating company, clinical groups and dispensing pharmacies.
  • The shipping policy explains the clinical-review and pharmacy-preparation stages before dispatch.

Limitations

  • The product pages and membership table disagree about whether visits add $99 to a nonmember treatment purchase.
  • The membership billing explanation says the upfront term follows the treatment plan, then gives a three-month treatment example with a twelve-month membership charge.
  • Four-week medication delivery is disclosed, but the public terms do not establish an equally specific payment interval.
  • Prepaid membership and treatment payments are described as nonrefundable, with a separate refund provision when a provider declines treatment.
  • Availability depends on the state and treatment; the public pages reviewed do not supply a complete state list.

Program details

  • The GLP-1 product pages list an initial video visit, continuing treatment review, metabolic labs every six months, supplies and shipping; the separate visit-fee table conflicts with those inclusions.
  • Core membership advertises provider visits, nutrition support and member medication rates. Medication is priced separately, and the comparison table differs from the FAQ about visit fees.
  • Required labs are described as included, except that New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island patients receive a $50 discount toward their separately paid lab work.

State availability

Availability varies by state and treatment. EverPrime says prescribing and shipping depend on applicable state requirements; the public pages reviewed do not establish a complete service-area list.

Questions about EverPrime

What prices does EverPrime advertise?

The semaglutide table lists standard medication rates of $249, $237, $224 and $214 per month across its one-, three-, six- and twelve-month columns. Member medication rates are $150, $138, $125 and $115. Tirzepatide standard rates are $329, $313, $296 and $280; member rates are $230, $214, $197 and $180. These are advertised treatment rates, not verified combined charges. The membership fee is separate and visit-fee disclosures conflict. Checked October 28, 2026.

Is Core membership required, and does it include medication?

Membership is optional. Core is advertised at $99 a month and Peak at $199 a month, with a three-month commitment stated for Peak. Medication is separately priced. Core’s FAQ includes medical visits and nutrition counseling, while the comparison table lists visit charges, so confirm which fees apply to the chosen treatment. Membership also has its own upfront billing schedule; the monthly label does not establish the amount collected today.

Is the plan billed every four weeks?

The GLP-1 pages say medication is delivered every four weeks. That is a shipping schedule, not proof of when money is collected. The terms say subscriptions renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle and defer full payment terms to checkout. The membership FAQ also contains conflicting prepaid-term wording. This review therefore does not multiply a medication rate by twelve or thirteen to claim an annual bill.

How are EverPrime and Enhance MD connected?

EverPrime’s terms, effective September 16, 2026, identify the operating company as Enhance MD LLC including EverPrime. The terms separately name Enhance Wellness PC, EnhanceMD CA PC and iThriveMD PC as clinical groups. Shared ownership does not make the storefronts’ prices, memberships, clinical availability or cancellation disclosures interchangeable; this review uses EverPrime’s own current pages.

Which pharmacy supplies the medication?

EverPrime’s terms name Rite-Away, Vios and TruMeds Rx and allow other licensed pharmacy partners. The contact section additionally lists Honeybee Health and Wells, with some mismatched destination details. The FAQ says the actual pharmacy varies by treatment and location. Ask which pharmacy will fill the prescription; a name in the terms does not establish the partner for every order.

What happens if I cancel or a clinician declines treatment?

The membership page says prepaid treatment and membership amounts are nonrefundable and cancellation stops later membership renewals. The shipping policy separately promises a full refund if a provider decides treatment is unsuitable. It asks for shipment changes at least 24 hours before the next billing date and says cancellation is unavailable once pharmacy preparation starts. Confirm the order’s current stage rather than treating cancellation as a promise to reverse an existing charge.

Does two-day shipping mean treatment arrives two days after purchase?

No. The policy describes two-day priority shipping after clinical review, any required visits or labs and pharmacy preparation. Those steps add time before dispatch. It asks patients to report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours and to contact support before using medication that arrives in an unsuitable condition.

Our recommendation

Ask for one written breakdown showing the medication, any visit or lab fee, the amount charged today and the next renewal date. Keep the membership term separate from the delivery schedule, and confirm the pharmacy assigned to the prescription.

How this review was checked

Ask the provider to confirm every charge before paying. Our methodology explains how comparison prices are established.
